Generally, it can be divided into high-quality industrial packaging and ordinary industrial packaging, both of which are different in terms of technology and raw material use.
1. High quality industrial packaging
It is mainly made of sugarcane, bamboo and wheat as raw materials, and is a packaging container with shock proof, anti-static and compression resistant lining or outer box of high-end electronic products.
The industrial packaging liner or container made of this material is fully biodegradable, which can be completely degraded into small biomolecules in 45-90 days under the conditions of industrial composting or domestic composting, returning to nature. It reduces the pollution of plastic products to the environment and is an excellent substitute for plastic products.
In the production of high-quality industrial packaging, the mesh size is required to be high, generally more than 60 mesh. The product is more delicate and smooth than the tableware, and this type of packaging requires high precision. In the design process, it must be completely consistent with the angle and slope of the packaged product, and the positioning must be accurate.
Therefore, this kind of packaging often has a 0 degree angle design, which is mostly used for the production of automatic machines or robots that do not rotate the net.
At present, high-end products such as Dell tablet computers, Xiaomi mobile phones, HTC mobile phones, Gillette razors, etc. are all using high-grade industrial packaging such as pulp molding. Because of the restrictions of various countries on non degradable packaging containers, the demand for such packaging will explode.
2. General industrial packaging container
This kind of packaging is mainly applicable to the shockproof protection of low-end electronic products or precision equipment. At the same time, the inner lining packaging of some alcohol and beverage products is also classified as industrial packaging.
