Cardboard lunch box
Cardboard snack box is made of 300-350g bleached kraft wood pulp paperboard through die cutting and bonding, die cutting and pressing, shaping and other processes similar to sheet metal processing. In order to prevent oil or water seepage, it is necessary to coat its surface or apply chemical additives. It is non-toxic and has no side effects on human body during production and use. However, the quality of paperboard is required to be high, and the cost is also increased.
Degradable plastic lunch box
The raw material for making this kind of lunch box is degradable plastic. The so-called degradable plastic is that a certain amount of additives, such as photosensitizer, starch and other raw materials, are added in the production process of plastic. In this way, the degradable plastic products can be decomposed into fragments from the complete shape after being used and discarded in nature for three months, thus improving the environment visually at least. However, the disadvantage of this technology is that these fragments cannot be degraded any more, just change from large pieces to small pieces, and plastics are not fundamentally competent for the task of eliminating white pollution.
Plastic lunch box
The disposable lunch boxes made of plastic mainly include PP polypropylene and PS polystyrene, which are non-toxic, tasteless and odorless, and PP is relatively soft. Generally, PP is used at a temperature of - 6 ° C to+120 ° C, so it is particularly suitable for holding hot food, which can be heated in a microwave oven or even cooked in a steam cabinet. The use temperature of modified PP can be controlled at - 18 ° C to+110 ° C. In addition to being used at a temperature of 100 ° C, It can also be put into the refrigerator for refrigeration. In addition, plastic lunch boxes can also be recycled and more environmentally friendly.
PS is hard and transparent, but it is easy to tear. PS starts to become soft when the temperature reaches 75 ℃, so it is not suitable for hot food.
